Amuse Bouche: Pickled Root Vegetable 1st Course: Roasted Beet Salad with Candied Walnuts, Blueberry Goat Cheese and Orange Balsamic 2nd Course: Honeynut Squash Bisque with Creme Fraiche 3rd Course: Pan-Seared Seabass with Parmesan Risotto, Truffle Creamed Spinach and Lemon-Thyme Buerre Blanc 4th Course: Classic Creme Brulee Cost is $70/person OR $90/person with the wine pairing add-on.
