For one evening every year, we transform the bright and airy redBERRY brunch venue into a romantic and moody dinner experience. Enjoy a 4-course meal with an optional wine pairing add-on. Here's the menu!
Amuse Bouche: Pickled Root Vegetable
1st Course: Roasted Beet Salad with Candied Walnuts, Blueberry Goat Cheese and Orange Balsamic
2nd Course: Honeynut Squash Bisque with Creme Fraiche
3rd Course: Pan-Seared Seabass with Parmesan Risotto, Truffle Creamed Spinach and Lemon-Thyme Buerre Blanc
4th Course: Classic Creme Brulee
Cost is $70/person OR $90/person with the wine pairing add-on. Non-alcoholic beverages are included.
