EverHeart Hospice is a local non-profit community hospice that provides comfort and warmth at a time when it is needed most. We bring ease and reassurance to patients and families looking for solace, acceptance, and healing. We are trusted and qualified but most of all, compassionate.  We proudly claim our place as one of the country’s first rural hospices. EverHeart has embodied unwavering compassion within our communities from the start in 1981.

EverHeart Hospice serves 9 counties in Western Ohio, including: Miami, Darke, Shelby, Mercer, Preble, Auglaize, Allen, Van Wert, and Paulding Counties.  We serve patients wherever they choose to reside, in homes or facilities. EverHeart Hospice also has an inpatient unit located inside Wayne Hospital.
