Established in 2017, Breast Wishes Foundation was founded by Elesha Snyder and Mandi Snyder Moore, after their sister Kelli James, lost her third battle with breast cancer in 2006. Breast Wishes is a non-profit organization dedicated to bringing joy and hope to those battling breast cancer throughout the Miami Valley.
