The Small Business Growth Council is designed for the small business owner (less than 500 employees), CEO of small business or C-level executives as appropriate for the discussion topics.  

October Topic with Marketing Essentials - Continued discussion on marketing strategies that work for small businesses. This is the third session of a three part series.  Open to all.  

The Council will meet monthly for twelve (12) months.  

Topics may include:

• Sales - sales process, leads, transition sales

• Capstone - Summary of the year, how impactful a comprehensive business plan is

Attendees will walk away with:

• Identify opportunities for improvement
