It's already time for that age-old late summer question: When can kids go trick-or-treating this year? For you early planners, the Miami County Council has set Beggar's Night for Thursday, October 26. For REALLY early planners, please note that the Council plans to set the annual trick-or-treat night on the last Thursday of October through 2025.
