Feb. 3rd 1-3pm Guests are invited to join us for this FREE event at the Lincoln Community Center located at 110 Ash Street in Troy, Ohio, on February 3 for an afternoon filled with vibrant rhythms, delicious food, and an appreciation for the rich heritage of the African-American community. From 1pm to 3pm, Flash Top Secret, an acclaimed Dayton jazz band, will serenade attendees with mesmerizing melodies, setting the perfect ambiance for an afternoon of cultural celebration. Come join us for some Jazz, City Barbecue, and a wonderful afternoon of Black History!
