Alan Bean, the main character in his book, 'The Astronaut Who Painted the Moon,' was the only artist to travel to outer space during the 1969 Apollo 12 mission. Join us for this funny and interactive presentation that is perfect for elementary students in grades K-5. The program is sponsored by the Friends of the Library, an organization dedicated to promoting literacy and education in the community.
