Description

This performance of 'American Mosaic' will celebrate the choral compositions of American choral masters. The concert will feature Leonard Bernstein’s Chichester Psalms, featuring boy soloist, Nicholas James Kruckeberg, from the Cincinnati Boy's Choir and accompanied by organ, harp and percussion. Many other works will be included from notable composers including, Morten Lauridsen, Alice Parker, Margaret Bonds, and Randall Thompson. World premieres of new choral works will be presented including winning entries from the Bach Society’s 3rd annual Young Composers Competition and a commissioned work from Grammy-nominated American composer, Evan Fein. The Bach Society also welcomes the Sinclair College Chorale to this performance.
