Biography - Annie Meehan is committed to transforming achievement from good to great by teaching people to rewrite their excuses into successful accomplishments. Having corporate, associations, and non-profits as clients, Annie provides actionable strategies to manage change, recognize the power of words in customer/employee experience, and eliminate excuses that keep people from attaining their goals. Her passion and engaging presence inspire people to take action. 

Prior to becoming a speaker, Annie worked for a financial investment company for 9 years, compiling multiple promotions. After leaving the corporate world, she then owned and operated 2 fitness franchise locations, grew and led a direct sales team of 250+ people, and began speaking on the topics of health and wellness. Annie is a National Speakers Association (NSA) board member and a past president of the NSA - Minnesota chapter. 

Annie is an author of 5 motivational books that includes her award winning book “Be The Exception”. Her latest book, “Pineapple Principle”, offers a sweet journey to empowerment. 

Annie has three adult children and lives in a southern suburb of Minneapolis with her husband and two dogs (Peanut & Leo). She loves volunteering in the community, traveling with family, and walking (or being walked) with the puppies.

Biography - Julie Bauke is the Chief Career Advisor of The Bauke Group, a Strategic Career Advisory firm focused on working with professionals who want more out of their career. She is a dynamic and highly interactive speaker, trainer and coach with a passion for educating and inspiring individuals to take charge of their career.

She is the Careers and Jobs Expert on Cincinnati’s Fox19 TV, and 700WLW Radio.  She is the author of “Stop Peeing On Your Shoes: Avoiding the 7 Mistakes that Screw Up your Job Search”. She is also the host of the new podcast The Evolved Career.

Her career includes Human Resources leadership roles with companies in a variety of industries and significant experience in career management services and has worked closely with diverse individuals, from CEO’s to professional athletes, coaching them in pursuit of their best “career life”. She is a graduate of Purdue University.

Melissa Cutcher is the Executive Director at Technology First, a trade association for IT professionals and technology companies.  It has been said “Melissa is a person of strong character and integrity and expects that of others.  She is very objective and realistic while being a self-starter and innovative”. Melissa has a Bachelor’s degree in organization management and Master’s degree in business administration with a focus on organization leadership.  Melissa is active in the Miami Valley and is a contributing member to many groups and organizations in the area.  She has been in Miami Valley since 1985.  Her personal interests include connecting people, boating, reading books, spending time with her daughter Ashley, husband Jeff, and dogs Bailey and Cooper.

I found my passion at he age of 16 as a camp counselor when I realized I could help people uncover their true passion and potential, and have tons of fun doing it! What a rush … and life blossomed from there.

With many years in the outdoor adventure industry, as a camp director and corporate team building facilitator, I decided to dive deeper into the pool and return to school for my Masters in Human Resource Development and two certifications in life and executive coaching. 25 years later, I am still getting that rush every time a client realizes they have the keys to drive their life to their desired destination.

As a corporate coach and facilitator in leadership, team and performance development, I am grateful for more than a hundred opportunities to work with the finest regional and international companies: Ford Motor Company, Proctor and Gamble, Crown Equipment Inc., Lexis-Nexis, Dayton International Airport, Veyance Technologies(formerly Goodyear St, Marys), Alcoa Engineering Inc., Convergys, Joint Township Regional Health System and the Cincinnati Police Department and many others.

Even with these accomplishments, my greatest love is my delicious work with teens and young adults, Destination Unlimited is my flagship program for assisting our rock’n young people to explore and design their future career, and the education to get them there. Destination Unlimited engages students in a practical process. Through self-reflection, scientific-based assessments, small group workshops, 1-on-1 coaching, career shadowing, and college selection, students are guided to chart their course from dreaming to doing.
