Summary: The Premier Community Health Team is excited to present to the Troy Area Chamber of Commerce – the impact of wellness on safety and productivity in the workplace. Risk factors for workplace fatigue and burnout are covered, as well as, how leaders can begin to create a culture that embraces work/life balance and cultivate healthy conversations surrounding wellness. With 62% of Ohioans in the labor force, workplace wellness programs can be a great solution to optimize health and productivity by identifying those at risk, connecting them to resources, and supporting employees in stress resilience and management of chronic diseases.
